Playacar Spa & Golf Club opened its doors in September 15th 1994; carved out of the dense Mayan Jungle, the 18 Hole, Robert Von Hagge design championship golf course is hidden amongst the lush foliage of the Yucatan Peninsula and only a few hundred yards away from the crystal-clear, turquoise ocean and the fine white sands of the Mexican Caribbean Sea. Playacar Spa & Golf Club is located in the Playa del Carmen hotel zone of the exlcusive resedential development known as Playacar, just 35 miles south of Cancun International Airport. This magnificent golf course, par 72 with a distance of 7,144 yards is considered the most challenging course in the region. Other services offered are rental clubs, practice range, putting and chipping greens, lockers, showers, club storage and golf lessons. The Club House is a newly remodeled structure including a fully stocked Pro-Shop with name brand equipment and apparel. Our professional staff is ready to help with tee-times, group outings, lessons and merchandise.

In addition we offer a casual restaurant “The19th Hole” a traditional Mayan structure with a large palapa covered banquet area featuring American and Mexican cuisine - a la carte breakfast and lunch. Snack and beverage carts circulate the course for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

• 31 days or more prior to the tournament date a group may reduce by 20%. Reductions of more than 20% will be charged 20% of the per person green fee.
• Cancellations received between 30 and 15 days will be charged 50% of the per person green fee.
• Cancellations received between 30 and 15 days will be charged 50% of the per person green fee.
• Cancellations received within 14 days will be charged 100%.

• More than 3 days in advance, at no charge
• Less than 3 days in advance, at a one hundred percent charge.
